Can I break the contract?

Yes.

In any case, the first three days are regarded as a trial period. During the trial period, you may terminate the agreement without notice.

If you want to break the agreement after your trial period, however, you will have to observe a notice period.

If the duration of the contract is one month or less, the notice period is 1 day. If you enter into a contract of more than one month, you must respect a notice period of 3 days.

The cancellation will take effect on the first Monday following the week in which you informed the employer that you are terminating the contract.
